In the "Watched Topics" area check all and click the "remove selected" button
In the "Watched Forums" area, the easiest way to unselect all is to use the select all box, click it twice. All the checks should disappear. Click the save button at the bottom.
In the "Preferences" area uncheck the box beside "Always notify by e-mail when replies posted to topics you participated in"
Uncheck the box beside "Notify by e-mail when you receive a private message"
Uncheck the box beside "Allow administrator(s) of this board to send
