Hi Sealiners

I'm heading to the Nqabara area in the Transkei on Thursday for the weekend.

It will be my first trip to this specific section of coast.

Any members that have fished here before and are willing to give me a couple pointers in the right direction?

Alternatively, anyone that's recently fished the TK that can comment on general fishing conditions.

Much appreciated

Howsit man, I've never fished there but looking at a few google results I read its an excellent area for spinning for Kob.

Nqabara is just south of the Dwesa Nature Reserve, So you cant fish much north of the Nqabara River. The point is just south and is probably your best bet.

Have friends who catch plenty kob spinning with spoons in the surf at Beechamond. Other than that Im sure you will pick up decent fish off the piont.

I'm guessing this is the x ive marked on the map. Might be a legit spot with deep water at that point.
