How did this happen?
I have a Waverunner too, only incident so far is it becoming stuck on a mudbank 100m out, went for a midnight swim to get it off. Was refreshing!

There was a guy on Facebook that advertised one he found. Was yours orange with a name on it?

it got stuck in some reeds in the middle of the dam and it wasn't far, about 70 meters out but no one wanted to take the risk of swimming for it since none of us are good swimmers. then night fell and the next morn it was gone with the drift.

no, mine was black. I have never seen an orange waverunner. there were 2 waverunners that were made, both look exactly the same except one had the name waverunner written on the baot and the other had nothing. mine had nothing and the only modification I did was to put an extra long aerial instead of the small spring type aerial.
