The 60 being the throw part, just to get that extra bit of momentum. the biggest mistake guys make is to let go before the right hand crosses over the left. So, a big tip to consistently get better spreads is to make sure, if you right handed, when you throw the right hand forward, only let go the left side once the right has crossed over the left. Hope that makes sense, you just want to hold the left side a "little" longer in hand before letting go...... ![]()
