I hear the fish are starting to come on the bite niceley now. Try fx/banjo/bunspice on the bomb and almond on the hookbaits. Wish I could join you!

I'll let you know if my weekend is open next week. Got a feeling somoene's birthday is coming up. Just need to fugure out who's it is. If I'm wrong or don't care I'll definitly pull in.

The few fishies I got this weekend at Boschkop was on almond , so almond is a must.

So we decided mto leave saturday despite the reaaaaly kuk weather.. wind was pumping cold.. mislik ..

Dont think i will eva go back there again.. only caught one small yellow.. (cant rember what i caught before or after).....

we ended up not going to steyns... this was at one of the farms up towards villiers...

there was so much mud at steyns we would have beached the FUNNER 4x4..

Used a mielie dough combination with Dinky(trucella) and vaaldam(supercast) but not sure wich one was wich..

bout 120.. cating into the "stroom" ...  could only get there with my 7lb spools as the wind was pumping...

Oh and cuz of th ewind i replaced the sputnic with a heavy weight on the normal rietvlei with my trusted skelms.. (see pic)

i dunno what the place is called but its bout 20 kms from steyns... this guy that i went with navigated... so many nooks and draaie... pitty i did not bookmark it in gps.. will do it next time boys..

ha ha ja piet ..soos ek se to be a pro you must look like a pro first... Ek het soos een gevoel toe jou ek agter die stand staan wat jy gemaak het... Dit was die luck was ek nodig gehad het,, maar nou ja ... jy moet saam kom nirvana toe.. Da gat ons lekke vis....
