Hi Reefman,

 

Do you perhaps have a list similar to the Southern Cape caost, that you posted some time ago, of all the fishing spots in Cape St Francis and St Francis Bay . I am busy compiling a local map of the area and this info would be very useful.

 

Would really be appreciated if you could help or alternativly point me in the right direction.

I was having lunch at spur when i realized- man - with a bit of a good swing in the cast - you looking at hitting a Few Galjoen or something there off the back water .

Yes those Herold's Bay spots are open to the public.

That point is a very foul area though.
I fished there for eds about a month ago and almost lost a sinker on each throw.
I just got a blacktail, the sea was quite rough on that day.

 I was thinkning the same thing . thought as much though - Looks Like It can Be a dangerous spot .

Yes at least one man has died there. There's a cross there.

High tide is risky there, not easy to land a fish and you have to deal with not getting cut off on submerged rocks, or getting washed away by the waves.

But if you like exploring and fishing in new spots then it's at least worth going there once.
