A most memorable day indeed.

Garth's memory was honoured in the best way possible.

A quote from one of the speakers: "even in death, Garth had victory."

Johan and Mrs Boshoff, Michelle - You're all very special people and you guys can be really proud.

A really moving event, well attended by the Sealine GP stalwarts - thanks for coming guys - you did Garth, Garth's family and Sealine proud! Kumz, Deon, Jude, Homie, Mike, Brendan, Jurgen, Louis, Pete, Dave. Thanks guys.

Kumz, we owe you a huge debt for organizing the entire thing. I hope one day someone will do that for me.

Deon Brits and Jude... what can I say - you're both kings amongst peasants - thankyou Deon and Jude for all the trouble you guys went to. Deon, I owe you a handkerchief.

And so, we bid a sad farewell to Captain Carcharias!

yeah guys, really sorry that I couldn't be there. but like I said to Homie, don't have to appologise to you guys but to Garth, but I know that Garth would have understood. As I had numerous discussions with Garth about my truck which I had to get running before this morning.

Looks like a good turn out.

Great Stuff guys! You've all done Sealine proud in your manner of paying respects to Captain Courageous Carch.I recognized the apparel & went straight to my cupboard to check if my lekka, lucky Sealine Hemp is still in its special place & breathed a sigh of relief to find it.There were just too many Sealine Shirts in those pics & one can't be too careful, hehehe. And first time I fished with it on 5th Jan,I got Lucky. So kinda got attached to my Lucky Sealine Hemp.Anyway, well done guys, as this is not everyone's cup of tea especially when confronting the harsh realities of life.Cheers!
