Yellows at Eskom Driekloof powerplant Sterkfontein dam

Hi all, i hope this is under the right forum.I have seen since the beginning of Dec 2019, poeple are catching yellows by the hundreds, average 40 per angler, at the Eskom hydro power plant at Eskom Driekloof , wich foorms part of Sterkfontein dam. Where can this be reported, the Eskom gates are wide open, any one can drive in, is that not a security risk for Eskom to start with? Then WHY are people allowed to fish there, has Freestate parks board no say over it? Who deals with something like this, as every second day i hear of "another 4 owes went" seen photos of 30 40 yellows lined up, its disgusting how our resources are raped and nothing gets done, this is year in and year out. Would love to have somw feed back and help protect our yellows from being savaged like this. Take care.
