± 1kg Couta fillets Basting/marinade sauce: 2 Tablespoon of fresh crushed garlic 2 Teaspoons of cheese flavoured Aromat 2 Teaspoons of Robertson’s fish spice ½ Teaspoons of salt ½ Teaspoons of parsley ½ Teaspoons of Origanum 6 drops of Tabasco sauce 200ml melted Butro 150ml of apricot jam 50ml Olive oil 75ml of fresh lemon juice Metode: Melt the Butro, Tabasco, garlic, olive oil and apricot jam together in a microwave oven, then mix all the other ingredients together. Place the fish (defrosted) in a sealable container and pour the marinade over it, shake well and place in the fridge of around 8 hours. Braai to taste over a medium to low heat open fire using the marinade as a basting sauce on both sides as well during the braai.
