Thought I would share this with those interested. I bought this reel because the specs are good, the reel looks good, has a smooth retrieve and drag and it has an interesting spool, double layer!!!!!! Which means you just have to rotate the spool if the need arises and you will be back by in the water in no time. With the two spools you could have 4 diff breaking strains if need be. The handle has a push button mechanism which enables a quick folding handle operation. It feels better than my Daiwa Crossfire 4000. Paid R165.00 from a tackle store in 24th Street Rietondale. Check the pics..... Attachment: IMG_20170425_195157.jpg (Downloaded 382 times) Last edited on Wed Apr 26th, 2017 01:51 am by Cobia333 |

sometimes the equipment is not meant to catch fish but meant to catch the angler ...

Caught a few fish with it already.....Lekka smooth drag. Use it on my Elbe Estuary 9ft. It's a very smooth functioning reel. No aches n painstaking yet!!!!
