You are invited to the Club’s Members meeting on Wednesday, 1 June 2016 at the Durbanville Baseball Club, off Sport Street next to Durbanville Rugby Club. Time 7 pm.

It is the same venue that we had our last meeting.

Kindly note that the Baseball Club has changed ownership and currently doesn't sell any drinks. It is therefore suggested that you bring your own drinks and glasses to the meeting.

Non-members are also most welcome to attend.

Hi all

I am pleased to attach the draft minutes of our Members meeting of Wednesday, 1 June 2016. It deals mostly with the arrangements for this weekend’s Club competition at Macassar Beach.

Although it is a Club competition, non-members are also most welcome to join us on the day. Who knows, you might like it so much you might decide to join us on a more regular basis!

This is a friendly reminder of the Club’s Annual General Meeting on Saturday, 16 July 2016 at the Durbanville Baseball Club, off Sport Street next to Durbanville Rugby Club.Time: 10:00

 
All members are urged to attend this meeting. The new Management Committee members are elected and important issues are decided, such as amendments to the existing Constitution, Rules and competitions formats for the new season. 

Members are requested to submit suggestions in the above regard to the Secretary at his new e-mail address:dirk.rossouw@gmail.com..

We will be finalising the arrangements for this Saturday's competition at Langebaan, as well as the SSEC:WC Annual All Night Kob Derby on the weekend of 18 February 2017 in the False Bay.

Hi all

I'm pleased to attach the minutes of our Club's AGM that was held Saturday, 15 July 2017 at the Brackenfell Cricket Club. We are glad to report that the Club is growing, with a number of new and "old" members that have decided to join us again. Welcome guys!

A new Management Committee was elected, the details provided in the attached minutes. The chaps are clearly all very eager to make a difference and to build the Club to even greater heights!

Some amendments were made to the Constitution and Rules. The new document will be posted under this thread.
